Shipping Policy
We ship from multiple warehouses across Canada to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hrs.
Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method and product type. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and the items ordered.
We now offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99 (excluding shipping or applicable taxes)

Processing Times
Orders from our primary warehouse are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Orders from our secondary warehouse may take a couple of additional business days to process before shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of Canada and wish to inquire about a special order, please reach out to us HERE
RETURNS:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Nothing can be returned without our express consent and it must be sent back to us at the buyers expense and it must be trackable.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order,
please submit a problem report.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered
insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable
for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Canadian law, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
