Shipping within Canada
Orders ship via Canada Post Tracked, Expedited Parcel or Flat Rate Box, and include tracking so you can follow your package.
Shipping to the USA
We use Canada Post Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel, depending on order size. All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.
International Shipping
We’re happy to ship internationally! Please contact us with your full address and a list of items you're interested in. We’ll send you a custom shipping quote.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase. If you need a custom quote, feel free to contact us directly.
⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery Times: Vary by location and shipping method. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not generally accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If approved, we may offer a store credit or exchange. Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Shipped back at the buyer’s expense
👂 Earrings Restocking Fee
For hygiene reasons, earring returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee to cover cleaning and the replacement of ear wires. Thank you for understanding.
